Who We Are
Practice Owner, M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling, LCPC
Thanks for taking time to invest in your mental health. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, borderline personality disorder, or psychosis I would love to join you on your journey to an improved wellbeing. I take a holistic approach to working with my clients and help them identify and utilize tools they already have as well as new, evidence-based interventions. I work with pre-teens, adolescents and adults and am experienced in working with a wide range of diagnoses and populations. Feel free to explore my profile and reach out to schedule an initial consultation.
I specialize in trauma-focused interventions as well as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. However, I work with my clients to identify the best intervention for them at that time. For me, it is all about meeting my clients where they are at right now.
Life can be extremely difficult, even in the best of times. There is hope, though, so please reach out and see if I am a good fit for what you need.
We are excited to welcome Annie, our skilled intern!
M.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling Candidate
Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support can be a meaningful step toward healing and growth. If you are struggling with trauma, stress, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, or fertility related challenges, I would be honored to support you as you work toward greater balance and well-being.
I take a whole person, client centered approach to counseling and believe that each individual’s story, experiences, and goals deserve to be heard and respected. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel safe exploring what you are going through while learning skills and strategies that can help you move forward.
I incorporate evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, and I work with clients to find the approaches that feel most helpful for them.
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or even a little uncomfortable at first, and that is completely okay. I welcome you to reach out so we can explore whether working together feels like the right next step for you.
